Fees & session options

transparent and straightforward

Clear, transparent pricing

Understanding the cost of therapy is an important part of making that first step. Here you will find a straightforward overview of session fees, programme options, and what to expect.

Investing in yourself

Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing

The decision to begin therapy is deeply personal, and understanding what is involved financially can help you plan with confidence. I believe in keeping things transparent and straightforward so that you can focus on what matters most — your healing.

Whether you are looking for regular one-to-one sessions or a more structured programme, there is an option to suit the level of support you need. All sessions are available face-to-face in Leeds and Horsforth, or online across the UK.

First step

What the initial consultation involves

The initial consultation is a calm, unhurried first conversation. It gives you the opportunity to share a little about what is bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

There is no pressure and no commitment. It is simply a chance to begin a conversation in a safe, confidential space.

Ongoing sessions

Regular therapeutic support

Ongoing sessions provide the space for deeper therapeutic work. Sessions are individual, confidential, and paced to suit you. We work together at a rhythm that supports your progress without feeling overwhelming.

Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust the frequency as therapy progresses. I also offer 75-minute extended sessions for clients who benefit from longer, more in-depth work — particularly useful when processing complex or layered experiences.

Structured recovery

The 12-session recovery programme

The 12-session programme is designed for clients who want a more focused and structured path through relational trauma or narcissistic abuse recovery. It includes therapeutic exercises, reflective tools, and optional between-session check-ins.

This programme offers a clear framework while remaining flexible enough to respond to what comes up in therapy. It is particularly suited to clients who feel ready for purposeful, guided work and want to see meaningful progress within a defined timeframe.

The programme fee covers all twelve sessions and any materials provided throughout the process.

Flexible options

Tailored to your needs

Every person's therapeutic journey is different. If you are unsure which option is right for you, the initial consultation is the perfect place to discuss what would work best. We can explore the level of support you need and find an approach that feels manageable and sustainable.

Therapy should feel like a safe investment, not a source of stress. I am always happy to have an open conversation about what might work for you.

Guidance

Choosing the right option for you

If you are experiencing ongoing distress, finding it difficult to move past painful relationship patterns, or simply want a supported space to process what has happened, regular 50-minute sessions offer the consistency and depth that long-term change requires.

If you are ready for a more intensive and structured approach — particularly around narcissistic abuse or relational trauma recovery — the 12-session programme may be the right fit. It provides clear direction alongside the warmth and flexibility of person-centred therapeutic work.

Payment, cancellation, and session details

Payment is made by bank transfer prior to each session. For the 12-session programme, payment plans can be arranged to make the process more manageable.

I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged at the full session rate. This policy helps protect your therapeutic space and ensures consistent availability.

Sessions take place either face-to-face at my therapy room in Leeds and Horsforth, or online via a secure video platform. Online sessions are available to clients anywhere in the UK.

What to expect

What therapy involves

Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be affecting how you feel and relate to others. This is done at your pace, in a space that is safe, confidential, and free from judgement.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Many clients arrive feeling uncertain or nervous — that is completely normal. What matters is that you are ready to take a step towards understanding yourself more fully and building something steadier.
