transparent and straightforward

Clear, transparent pricing

Therapy is a personal investment in your wellbeing, recovery, and long-term emotional stability. Below you will find clear information about consultation fees, individual sessions, and structured therapeutic support.

Investing in yourself

Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing

The fees on this page reflect the time, experience, preparation, and focused therapeutic support that goes into each session. They are set with care, and presented openly.

Whether you choose individual sessions or the structured 12-session programme, every option provides considered, specialist support — face-to-face in Leeds and Horsforth, or online across the UK.

First step

What the initial consultation involves

The initial consultation is a calm, 30-minute conversation. It is a chance to discuss what is bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.

There is no pressure and no obligation to continue. It is simply a quiet space to begin a conversation.

Ongoing sessions

Regular therapeutic support

Regular sessions are suitable for ongoing counselling and psychotherapy, and can support recovery from relational trauma, emotional abuse, narcissistic abuse, attachment wounds, and difficulties with emotional regulation.

I offer 50-minute sessions at £80 and 75-minute extended sessions at £120. Sessions are arranged in advance, and the right frequency — weekly, fortnightly, or otherwise — can be discussed during the initial consultation.

Therapy can be structured around your needs, pace, and goals. Some clients prefer regular sessions, while others benefit from the focus and consistency of the 12-session programme.

Guidance

Choosing the right option for you

If you are unsure which option is right for you, this can be discussed during the initial consultation. We can talk through what would best support you clinically and therapeutically, and decide together how to begin.

What to expect

What therapy involves

Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be affecting how you feel and relate to others. This is done at your pace, in a space that is safe, confidential, and free from judgement.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Many clients arrive feeling uncertain or nervous — that is completely normal. Outcomes vary, and progress unfolds in its own time. What matters is that you are ready to take a step towards understanding yourself more fully.
